Born in Mexico City, Juan Pina grew up predominantly in Rochester, Michigan. Juan’s love of architecture began with a course he took in high school. Juan enjoyed the act of solving design issues presented by the terrain, environment, and design. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture in 2020 from Kent State University. During his time at Kent, Juan studied abroad in Florence Italy Palazzo Vittori located in the heart of Florence.

Juan’s achievements include an honor award for the AIA 2020 Cleveland Design Awards, and the 2019 HIT International Ice and Snow Construction Festival (First Prize Award – Hyperbolo-ICE).

Outside of work, Juan indulges in a variety of hobbies, including skiing and tennis. During long weekends, you will find him driving for hours into Ohio to visit his friends from college, or his brother in Dayton.

Juan’s goal is to eventually earn his architectural License.

“Juan’s assistance meant a lot to me, I know I can count on him”
